SUMMARY

Outdoor Prolink is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our office in Boulder, CO. We’re looking for a friendly customer oriented professional savvy in using CRM and customer support software. The ideal candidate also enjoys recreating in the outdoors (or has experience working in the outdoor industry), loves people, and is looking for a stable position at a fast-growing company.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

  • Boulder, CO - Hybrid Remote (1+ day/week in office)
  • Full-time - Salary starting at $45,000 per year
  • Reports to Customer Service Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively manage the customer support ticket queue
  • Communicate daily by email & phone with customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with our manufacturing partners
  • Solve complex order issues
  • Be an active stakeholder in our software development process
  • Understand the sporting goods landscape and marketplace
  • Use a range of software tools to do your job (Excel, Zendesk, Order Processing + more)

  • Self-starter: Is excited to learn and experiment with new ideas. Works independently to solve problems.
  • An eager professional: 2+ years of professional experience. Organizes tasks and workload efficiently. Exercises diplomacy in the face of adversity. Stays positive, motivated and all-around-stoked (and inspires others to do the same)!
  • Bonus points: a background working in the outdoors or in the outdoor industry.
