SUMMARY

Outdoor Prolink is a members-only pro deal site serving over 235,000 outdoor, hunting, and fishing professionals across the U.S. and Canada. We are passionate about the outdoors and dedicated to supporting the professionals who work within it. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Membership Coordinator to join our Membership team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing new member applications, re-verifying existing members against our membership qualification criteria, and providing support to professionals during the membership application and renewal process using ZenDesk.

• Remote (In-office possible Boulder, CO)
• Starting at $20/hour
• Contractor, Part-Time, up to 60 hours/month
• Reports to Membership Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Part-Time Membership Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Application Review: Evaluate new member applications and re-verify existing members to ensure compliance with our membership qualification criteria.
• Member Support: Provide assistance to professionals during the membership application and renewal process through ZenDesk, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain member information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail: Must closely review membership applications with extreme attention to detail to minimize fraudulent applications and correctly categorize new members into appropriate customer groupings
• Competency with modern business software applications, including Excel, CRM systems, and ZenDesk.
• Willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• A background working in the outdoors or in the outdoor industry is a plus.
