Part-Time Sales Administrator

We are seeking a part-time Sales Administrator for our office in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate enjoys the outdoors, has fantastic organizational skills, loves building relationships and talking to people and finds joy in streamlining processes. This position reports to our CEO and Founder. The perks of this position include flexible hours, some remote days, a dog-friendly office and lots of opportunities to play outside!

Employment type: part-time, hourly, in office (temporarily remote)

Responsibilities

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, Sales & Marketing team and Operations Director
  • Provides support for new and ongoing client relationships
  • Manage sales workflow by ensuring all deadlines are met and work is completed and accurate
  • Create, manage and organize sales contracts
  • Research sales opportunities and mine accurate lead data
  • Various projects necessary to update and populate data in CRM
  • Day-to-day office management tasks
  • Comfortably using a range of software tools to do your job (Customer Relationship Management Software, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Excel and more)

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in an administrative or related role

  • Availability to work 3-5 hours per business day, ideally in the mornings.

Membership Growth Manager

Outdoor Prolink is seeking a new teammate for our Boulder office Membership team! Outdoor Prolink is seeking a full-time Membership Growth Manager for our office in Boulder, CO. We’re looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in customer acquisition, customer service, community engagement, and growth marketing.

Employment type: Full-time, salary, in office (temporarily remote)
Compensation: Starting at $55,000 - $65,000/year DOE
Reports to: Head of Marketing & Membership

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement successful growth strategies to build our membership base. Ruthless persistence in hitting our short and long term growth goals. Constantly seek out new growth opportunities and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Working with Head of Marketing + Membership to set weekly/monthly/quarterly team goals
  • Manage, inspire and lead our membership team of two.
  • Measuring, understanding and acting on membership KPIs. Deriving performance insights to drive effectiveness of initiatives and optimize existing processes.
  • Account management for key membership accounts and partners. Planning and executing partner campaigns. Working closely and consistently with each key account to drive membership growth. Establishing strong relationships with account contacts. Measuring ROI of partnership dollars.
  • Organize and manage partnership opportunities, activities, deliverables, deadlines and budget. Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising and marketing materials for partnerships and events. 
  • Crafting a membership event strategy, maintaining an industry event calendar and coordinating event logistics. Attending outdoor industry tradeshows and other events.
  • Understand and research the North American outdoor and hunting/fishing employment market. Actively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective outdoor organizations and pros.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the rest of the membership team: answering questions and providing guidance regarding applications, renewals, Zendesk tickets, outreach, Sugar CRM, and other daily tasks.
  • Backup support for application review, renewals, Zendesk and other membership tasks when teammates are out of the office.
  • Using a range of software tools to do your job (PowerBI, Excel, Google Analytics, SendGrid/Klaviyo, SugarCRM, + more).
  • Work as a stakeholder in the software development process and champion improvements to membership tools and operations.

  • Results-driven: Tirelessly committed to meeting or exceeding objective membership growth goals. Comfortable in a fast-paced and results-oriented organization.
  • Customer-centric: A “people-person” who loves building relationships and is obsessed with understanding customers and crafting strategies to create a stellar customer experience.
  • Analytical: Loves data and making sense of it. Knows how to build and leverage detailed reports to drive growth and improve KPIs (Excel, PowerBI, Google Analytics)
  • Customer acquisition experience: Has worked closely with (or on) a sales or recruiting team to help meet sales and revenue goals. Understands the sales pipeline/stages and metrics. Competent with modern CRM software.
  • Growth/digital marketing experience: Strong background in customer segmentation; content marketing, digital marketing, social media, SEM, SEO, marketing automation, email marketing and/or paid marketing channels.
  • Self-starter: Is excited to learn and experiment with new ideas. Works independently to solve problems.
  • A proven leader: 3+ years of management experience. Organizes team tasks and workload efficiently. Exercises diplomacy in the face of adversity. Stays positive, motivated and all-around-stoked (and inspires others to do the same)!
  • 3+ years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, marketing, recruiting and/or customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
