Part-Time Sales Administrator
We are seeking a part-time Sales Administrator for our office in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate enjoys the outdoors, has fantastic organizational skills, loves building relationships and talking to people and finds joy in streamlining processes. This position reports to our CEO and Founder. The perks of this position include flexible hours, some remote days, a dog-friendly office and lots of opportunities to play outside!

Compensation: Starting at $18/hour DOE

Responsibilities
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, Sales & Marketing team and Operations Director
- Provides support for new and ongoing client relationships
- Manage sales workflow by ensuring all deadlines are met and work is completed and accurate
- Create, manage and organize sales contracts
- Research sales opportunities and mine accurate lead data
- Various projects necessary to update and populate data in CRM
- Day-to-day office management tasks
- Comfortably using a range of software tools to do your job (Customer Relationship Management Software, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Excel and more)

Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in an administrative or related role
- Experience organizing and effectively executing administrative tasks
- Excellent computer literacy with programs like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Zoom and CRM tools
- Availability to work 3-5 hours per business day, ideally in the mornings.
- Bonus - experience in the outdoor industry, knowledge of outdoor verticals and key outdoor brands in the industry
